Independent Wholesale Sales Representative
H4 Fireworks has an immediate opening for an energetic and smart Independent Wholesale Sales Representative. This position requires a strong self-motivated person with the ability to develop new customers and increase sales within the current customer base. Candidates must have a professional manner with excellent communication and organizational skills. Fireworks knowledge a benefit, but not required.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Researching and identifying sales prospects and contacting these and other accounts as assigned.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns, complaints, and requests to maximize satisfaction
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Monitoring industry competition by researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success
- Maintaining and updating customer details
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma
- Proven work experience as an Independent Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or a similar role in the Sales industry is strongly preferred
- Self-starting attitude and personal initiative
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Sheets) experience
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
